Matt Campbell is an infrastructure tools programmer at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Matt has been developing support software for RIT since 1997 beginning with the first automated computer registration package. Recent endeavors include the design and deployment of a computer quarantine process for insecure windows machines allowing the RIT network to effectively weather the recent virus outbreaks. Matt's current focus is the integration of directories and various authentication services on campus to allow for a seamless cross-platform experience for users. Supporting VMS, Unix, Windows, LDAP, DCE and Kerberos, these support tools and self-service applications have grown to become an integral part of the computing experience at RIT. Matt is an RIT alumnus with a BS in Computer Science.
