Biography

Matthew Rust, MS, JD, serves as Assistan Dean of University College at IUPUI in Indianapolis. In this role, Rust provides strategic oversight for a 90-person team of student success educators in offices that span transitions and mentoring, educational equity, academic advising, and career education units.

Rust currently serves on the Governing Board for the Institute for Workforce Excellence based at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for EmployIndy, the workforce development initiative of the City of Indianapolis.
