I am the Instructional Design Manager of William & Mary's Whole of Government Center of Excellence. I am committed to shaping transformative education. With a bachelor's in education from Longwood University, a master's from Old Dominion University, and certifications as a Google Educator and ISTE Certified Educator, I am dedicated to crafting engaging learning experiences that align content with project objectives. My professional goals include deepening my knowledge of adult learning theories and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop innovative and captivating learning experiences. With expertise in adult learning principles, e-learning tools, and effective communication, I am dedicated to ensuring every educational journey is rooted in excellence. Born and raised in Newport News, VA, I indulge in diverse interests, including photography, skiing, field hockey, swimming, and hiking. Before my current role, I spent 11 years as a classroom teacher before focusing on adult education.
