Biography
Matthew Swift is an Associate Director at brightspot strategy. He is an experienced researcher and strategist whose background spans management consulting, technology, and design. Matthew believes that understanding people in a more nuanced way provides a powerful frame of reference for reshaping a business or an institution. He has worked with many leading institutions including Portland State University, Harvard, Carnegie Mellon University, NYU, University of Virginia, Emory, University of Rochester, Swarthmore College, Kenyon College, Temple University, Georgia Tech, New York Public Library, USC, UC San Diego, Phillips Exeter Academy, and the Vancouver Art Gallery.
