Biography

Mauro Cesar Bernardes was born in Brazil (1973). He got his degree in Computer Science (1995) from Unifenas (University of Alfenas), his master's degree (1999) and Ph.D. in Computer Science (2005) from ICMC (Institute of Mathematic and Computer Sciences) at University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil. As an Technical Assistant at the Office of Information Technology, cooperates for the development of the strategic planning for information technology infrastructure at University of Sao Paulo. As a professor at Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista (FIAP), his current research interests includes IT Governance, Information Security Governance, Strategic Planning, best practices for service management and information security.
