Max serves as the Innovation Officer and Interim Director of DX providing leadership in digital disruption and driving technology innovation at Fresno State. He has more than 25 years of IT experience in higher-ed building effective innovation alliances across the campus community and developing new technology programs with a focus on fostering relationships with corporate and public sector partners. Max established the DXIHub internship program fostering student success by inspiring students to apply their education toward developing innovative solutions to real-world problems. He has recently been recognized as the Distinguished Innovator by CSU-ITS and serves as one of ten Education Champions by AWS nation-wide.
Max enjoys working directly with students to help raise the next generation of leaders through technology innovation, digital fluency, mentoring, and sharing life.
