Biography

Megan is Founder and CEO of MIDAS Education and has spent nearly 20 years building technology, governance systems, and large-scale data solutions for education. She has led the development of MIDAS’s proprietary data, analytics, and AI platform and overseen complex statewide and institutional engagements.

Her work focuses on helping education agencies and institutions unify fragmented data, establish durable governance models, and create secure, decision-ready analytical environments. Under her leadership, MIDAS has earned the trust of state agencies and institutions through years-long statewide work in Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, and Washington, including highly complex projects involving longitudinal data, sensitive permissions structures, and large-scale interoperability. She has personally designed sophisticated statewide governance systems that support secure, scalable use of education data.
