Biography

Melissa Crabtree is the Senior Director IT Customer Services at WSU. Her team is responsible for the lifecycle management, support and maintenance of desktop computers for approximately 3,500 customers and 3,000 computers. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for enterprise project management. She has been with WSU for 10 years and the University of Toledo for 7 years. Melissa has a BBA in information systems and a master's of education in educational technology.
