I’m a senior product and innovation leader shaping the future of Teaching and Learning through AI‑enabled experiences that improve engagement, retention, and learner success at scale. With more than 15 years across higher education and EdTech, I bring a rare blend of academic fluency, product strategy, and executional rigor. My work sits at the intersection of AI, pedagogy, and institutional transformation, designing systems that personalize learning, deliver proactive support, and amplify (not replace) faculty impact.

In my current role as Senior Director, Product Management for AI & Innovation in Teaching and Learning, I lead the strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered learning solutions across Covista. This includes advancing initiatives in personalized learning, intelligent tutoring, academic workflow automation, and holistic student support.

I partner closely with academic leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to explore, validate, and scale what’s next. Previously, I led large‑scale digital learning and product initiatives spanning course design, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled workflow transformation. I’ve built and guided cross‑functional teams, navigated complex organizational ecosystems, and delivered solutions that improve learning outcomes while reducing friction for both students and faculty.
