Melissa Loble

Biography

Melissa Loble serves as Chief Customer Experience Officer for Instructure, where she drives the company-wide customer-centric focus at the company. Her role includes overseeing Instructure’s customer success, support, community and services organizations, which enable customers to successfully leverage Instructure’s solutions to create highly engaging and effective learning environments for their communities. Melissa has spent 20+ years in the educational technology world, working for a number of technology suppliers and educational institutions in a variety of teaching and learning leadership capacities. Melissa earned her BA in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, her MA in educational policy from Teachers’ College, Columbia University, and an MBA in leadership from the Columbia Business School.
