Melissa Rycroft
Biography
Melissa Rycroft has been at Bucknell University since 1992, first as a graduate student in English, later as a Reference Assistant in the Ellen Clarke Bertrand Library, a Technology Support Specialist in Information Services and Resources and Manager of Technology Training Programs since 2003. Melissa received her bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.
