Biography
Eden Dahlstrom is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and operational oversight of EDUCAUSE’s membership and professional development units. Her portfolio includes conferences and events, learning and career advancement programs, member relations, community programs, partnerships, .edu administration, and corporate engagements.
Eden joined the EDUCAUSE team in 2011 and contributed to the research (ECAR) and the communities (ELI) portfolios prior to taking on an executive leadership role. She has 25 years of experience in higher education settings, including college-level teaching and administration. She was CEO for an internationally renowned 501(c)3 not-for-profit that focused on innovation and technology. And she has both entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial experience. She is committed to advancing higher education’s academic missions – education, scholarship, and research – through the innovative and effective use of technology and connecting solution seekers with solution providers.
She earned her Doctorate of Education from University of Southern California. As a widely published researcher and speaker, Eden has contributed significant thought leadership to the field.
