Biography

As a 15+ year veteran of higher-ed IT I have spent most of my time in IT support. I currently lead a team of 100+ student technicians who perform various IT support roles for the campus community. I'm also an Administrator for our TeamDynamix platform, and have led three ITSM tool implementation projects for the campus. I'm interested in studying leadership and helping to develop young leaders within our organization who can go out and help improve the world.
