Mike has built a distinguished career in cyber resilience, with a core philosophy that places customers at the forefront of every decision. His approach to team building involves recruiting top talent and providing them with the right balance of structure and resources. This strategy has fostered customer-centric teams focused on educating the market on readiness, response, and recovery from cyber threats.  These teams have consistently achieved success in advancing customer initiatives and enhancing the performance of the organizations Mike has led.

At Commvault, Mike is responsible for leading the company's Go-To-Market strategy in the State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) sectors. His mission is to expand Commvault's market presence by concentrating on the unique challenges faced by these customers and building collaborative teams that effectively serve public sector clients and meet the challenges of todays cyber landscape.

Before his current role, Mike accumulated significant experience in the tech industry with a decade at EMC and Dell and four years at Cisco, holding various positions in sales and sales leadership. Most notably, he spearheaded Dell’s Data Protection business for the Commercial and Public Sector in the Western U.S., where he excelled in leading his teams to meet and exceed their targets.

Mike's extensive background in IT equips him with unique insights and expertise in data protection and recovery solutions, particularly in the context of cyber threats. As technological landscapes evolve, he is adept at challenging the conventional norms by utilizing Commvault’s comprehensive portfolio to providing reliable and cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.
