Experienced Information Technology professional with a lengthy track record of successfully leading high-impact technology projects in higher education and enterprise technologies. My career has been built on combining technical expertise and adaptive leadership across several domains, encompassing strategic planning, system architecture design, process analysis, Agile project management, and strategic investments. As a decisive leader, I drive technology initiatives that align with the organizational goals.

In my current role, I work as a servant leader, applying Agile practices and principles to enable and empower matrixed (hybrid-remote) teams of skilled professionals. My teams are responsible for creating scalable, sustainable, and flexible technology solutions.

Throughout my career, I have worked with internal and external stakeholders to provide innovative, groundbreaking solutions that maximize value, reduce duplication, and optimize information technology implementations, thereby advancing the educational, research, and service missions of the University of South Carolina.
