Michael is an excellent decision maker and holds many sterling qualities. He is collegial with colleagues and empathic to needs of students at our university. He has an ability to fit in with the dynamics of a wide range of groups. He is a consummate professional in all of his dealings with students, faculty, and senior level administrators. He pushes students beyond their boundaries to seek true learning and understanding of the world around them. He constantly seeks new and creative approaches to educate students through his innovative programming through our cultural center. He has the ability to work well under deadline pressures and connect with diverse groups of students
