I believe higher education has the power to transform lives and lead to human flourishing.

I have 20+ years of experience establishing, advancing, and scaling academic and digital initiatives at public, private, and start-up higher education institutions. As an education entrepreneur, I have been privileged to help found various educational ventures, including a research university, a business/IT school, a university innovation alliance, a teaching-learning center, a writing program, and an educational technology office.

I specialize in higher education innovations and have developed expertise in faculty development, program/curriculum development, online/blended learning, instructional design, and academic/emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).

I am a strategic collaborator who engages with key stakeholders to advance the mission of the institution. I have built, developed, and led highly effective and results-driven teams. I am firmly committed to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and passionate about serving historically marginalized and underserved communities.
