Mike Truong sits at the intersection of AI, faith, and higher education — driven by the belief that technology, wielded well, transforms lives and advances human flourishing.

With 25+ years of experience across public, private, and faith-based institutions, Mike has built and scaled academic and digital initiatives from the ground up. As an education entrepreneur, he has helped found a research university, a business/IT school, a university innovation alliance, a teaching-learning center, a writing program, and an educational technology office — turning bold ideas into lasting institutions.

He brings deep expertise in AI integration, faculty development, curriculum and program design, online and blended learning, instructional design, and emerging academic technologies. Known as a strategic collaborator and team builder, Mike works across organizational levels to align innovation with institutional mission — and has a track record of developing high-performing, results-driven teams.

Mike is firmly committed to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a particular passion for serving historically marginalized and underserved communities.
