Michele Morrison

Biography

Michele Morrison is the manager of the Client Services group in the IT Services Department at the British Columbia Insitute of Technology (BCIT). Michele is responsible for the Service Desk and client facing IT support including computer labs, office computer and telecom. She has ITIL certifications in both the Foundation and Service Management Practitioner levels and is a Lean Greenbelt.
