Biography

I have worked in institutional research since 2021. Before that, I have extensive nonprofit experience, especially in program development, evaluation, and grants management. 

I hold a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy.

I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Concordia University - Wisconsin for their program in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement. I am writing my dissertation on how we help nonprofits and public organizations (including institutions of higher education) make better use of data and evaluation results to inform change.
