Biography

I am an aspiring IT Support Specialist from the Chicagoland area. I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University with an emphasis in Enterprise Software. Along with the CompTIA A+ certification, I am also completing my IT Support Professional Certification with Google. I enjoy being able to help people solve problems so I'm looking forward to putting my tech skills into practice by working as an IT Support Specialist.
