Biography

Transformational Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams through design and implementation of strategic human resource solutions for large, complex organizations. Expertise in strategic planning and execution, large-scale project management, human capital/talent development and acquisition, employee relations, cross-functional leadership, team-building and change management. Currently the enterprise-wide Program Manager for the University of Pittsburgh’s deployment of HCM Oracle Cloud.  Previously held the role of the Director, Talent Acquisition responsible for daily operation and strategic vision of the recruitment and selection of classified staff, temporary and executive leadership positions.
