Mikah Pritchard
Biography
As an Instructional Designer, I enjoy learning and implementing new technologies in an educational setting. I strive to produce engaging instruction with a strong theoretical basis. I have a passion for Graphic Design and aim to incorporate its underlying principles in all of my instructional projects. I challenge myself to bridge the gap between technological possibilities and educational reality. I have a B.S. in Psychology which provides me with a working knowledge of learning theories and pedagogy. I have experience working with low-income, first generation students as well as adult learners through positions at a Federal TRiO Program and work as a social worker. Tailoring my education interventions to these underserved populations has driven my experiences as an Instructional Technologist.EDUCAUSE Presentations
