
Mike Nutt
Biography
Mike Nutt is Director of Visualization Services in the Digital Library Initiatives department of North Carolina State University Libraries. He serves as chair of the Visualization Services Team and the High Tech Spaces Applications Product Team, helping to design, build, and improve the systems and services that support visualization-intensive research and learning. Before that, Nutt was the Digital Media Librarian, and served as the editor-in-chief of the content program for the Christie MicroTiles installations in the James B. Hunt Jr. Library, partnering with faculty and students at NC State to create new forms of scholarly communication and public engagement. He has a Master of Science in Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.EDUCAUSE Presentations
