Theologian in a business world! Currently Mikko is working on a Finnish edutech company Funidata Ltd which promotes effortless learning and education for future learners.. Funidata builds intelligent and sustainable digital services for changing needs of learners and higher education institutions. Funidata is owned by Finnish universities and universities for applied sciences. Company provides highly sofisticated student information system Sisu and other related software as a service for these higher education institutes from public cloud (AWS).

Mikko is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience from corporate business & management and board positions related to ICT software and service business but also to facility management and publishing. He is modern leader believing in empowering and inspiring leadership. Previously Mikko has worked with ICT services related to both complex and out of the box solutions in top management position with overall P&L responsibility. Mikko's work history contains experience from private, public and NGO sectors. He is seasoned board professional with experience both from private companies & startups and associations & foundations.

Mikko has an Executive MBA degree from Aalto University Executive Education and his academic background is from the Faculty of Theology in the University of Helsinki.
