Biography

Milton Garcia is an alumnus of Grinnell College, and masters graduate student of Computer Science.

Garcia has served in higher ed. since 2015 as an Intercultural Assistant, Operations Specialist, and currently serves as a Technical Trainer in the Training & Performance Improvement team at American University.

As a creative problem solver: Garcia enjoys designing technical solutions for a comprehensive adoption strategy, using technical learning, to build collaborative engagement of enterprise tools for inclusive automation pratices in business processes.
