Molly Clark is an IT Service Analyst for Tufts University Technology Services in Medford, Massachusetts. As a Service Analyst, Molly works on measuring service levels, implementing an IT Service Management system, and is currently serving as the backup Change Manager for Tufts. A 2010 Tufts graduate, Molly has served in several IT roles at the University, including Student Supervisor, Help Desk Technician, and Client Relationship Liaison. Her interests focus on fostering an IT culture that supports creativity, leadership, and knowledge sharing. Outside of the workplace, Molly enjoys amateur powerlifting and rock climbing.
