Monica Bray

Biography

I have a deep commitment and history of success in developing people and enterprises.  Developing strong, inclusive, purpose-driven, and high-performing individuals and teams have been the hallmark of my career.  I have worked in the private and public sectors for more than twenty years and have a broad background in higher education, business, and consulting.  I started my career in academia as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Research Methods at California State University Monterey Bay, where I served as the Director of the Master of Public Policy Program in collaboration with the Panetta Institute for Public Policy.  Mostly recently, as an associate professor, I taught business courses online and previously was the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs for the College of Business at the University of Oregon.  In the past, I was also the Director of Career Services at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.  In addition, I have served as a financial advisor in Beverly Hills, California and surrounding areas for more than a decade with some of the most respected financial institutions in the world and now as an executive coach for purpose-driven people and enterprises.
