Monique Hauser

Biography

With 31 years of experience at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), I have held a variety of roles in Information Technology, including Computer Operations, Administrative Assistant, Training, and IT leadership. I established RISD's Help Desk program, which utilized student workers, and later developed and managed the IT Service Desk team.

As Service Desk Manager, I oversee service desk operations, improve processes, and enhance the user experience through trend analysis and continuous service improvements. I collaborate with IT leadership to recommend and implement technology solutions that support the RISD community and effectively communicate IT services and initiatives to stakeholders across the institution.
