Biography
Monique Hauser is the Supervisor of the Computing Help Desk at the RI School of Design. Monique has worked for the RI School of Design since 1995 with the past 9 years dedicated to the Help Desk function that supports the RISD Community with all Information Technology related requests. Monique developed the Help Desk, policies and procedures associated with the Help Desk, and trained both professional staff and students in the occupation. The Help Desk is staffed by a FTE Supervisor, 1- FTE Help Desk Specialist, along with several, well trained, Student Computing Consultants that support a community of 3000+ users.
