Biography
Mur Muchane is the Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Office at Wake Forest University. Wake Forest is a highly selective research university of nearly 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students, and is nationally recognized for its outstanding academic reputation and challenging liberal arts curriculum.
Mur serves as the senior most leader responsible for the vision, strategy, digital transformation, and management of all aspects of technology. Responsibilities include: collaborating with key institutional leaders in the development of shared goals where technology plays an integral role in support of teaching, learning, and research; advancing institutional priorities through the delivery of innovative, client-focused, and financially sustainable solutions and services; leading a diverse group of centralized and decentralized information technology professionals.
