Nadine Stern

Biography

Nadine is the Deputy CIO for the Office of Information Technology at Princeton University. She is responsible for OIT budget and finance, organizational effectiveness, strategic communication, planning and strategic initiatives. Nadine is active in Educause having served on the Current Issues Committee, the EQ review Board, the 2012 program Committee, the Ryland Fellowship Committee, the Mid Atlantic Regional Conference Program Committee, and Chair of AGEISS (Advisory Group for Enterprise Information Systems and Services, Chair of the Connect Program Committee and the Hawkins Leadership Roundtable. She has presented at many conferences and served on several Educause panels. She also participated in the PeopleSoft Higher Education Users Group and NJEdge, the New Jersey Higher Education technology organization. Prior to joining Princeton University she served for 15 years as Vice President for Information Technology and Enrollment Services at The College of New Jersey where she was responsible for all aspects of Information Technology as well as the areas of Records and Registration, Student Financial Services and the Center for Institutional Effectiveness. Nadine grew up in New York City and received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Sociology from Binghamton University in 1975, and a Master of Education in Organizational and Human Resource Development from the University of Vermont in 1976.
