Biography
Neil steers the evolution of the University website’s information architecture and content strategy, and oversees the provision of training and support to the University’s web publishing community.
A UX professional, he promotes the integration of user-centred design practices into website and application development processes.
Neil has been involved in training, marketing and website management in the public sector for over 15 years. He is an active member of the Scottish chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association.
