Nick Key
Biography
As Director of IT Community Experience, Nick leads OU IT’s Learning Spaces, Partnerships, Services, and Communications teams in developing and sustaining community relationships through proactive customer engagement, communication, collaboration, and service delivery. The Community Experience team, which is comprised of 60 full time staff and 100 students, uses a holistic approach to drive the creation and delivery of a consistently excellent technology experience for the OU community. A lifelong Oklahoman and graduate of Norman High School, Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. He held positions in publishing, business development, IT, and marketing before joining the OU IT staff in 2006.EDUCAUSE Presentations
