Nicole Shaffer is a Senior Product Owner over the Messaging & Collaboration team in the IT department at the University of South Florida, where she manages complex IT projects and drives innovation. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Nicole has a strong background in systems administration and project management. She oversees the USF Messaging System, including the Microsoft 365 services stack (primarily Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams) and a Google Workspace tenant.
