Biography
Salut! Although my academic background has traditionally focused on the humanities, I recently received my M.Ed. in Educational Leadership to further my abilities to work with adult learners, especially when incorporating constructivism, experiential learning, and asynchronous/online degree programs.
I would love to expand my adjunct teaching courseload, and my primary role is as a Program Director with Charlotte Online, at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While I'm always interested in new research in pedagogy and critical thought development in online learners, I'm also interested in learning more about the ways other institutions are addressing "wicked problems" in the industry, especially as they pertain to student success and attracting the SCNC population.
