Biography
A skilled Information Technology Manager with business consulting, project management, facilitation, communications, instructional design, and process re-engineering experience across numerous industries and business environments, including education, manufacturing, retail, and services.
As Senior Manager of Non-Credit Operations and Technical Support, I am responsible for the implementation of an enterprise solution for our non-credit and continuing education programs. This project involves significant change management and engagement with a wide-range of programs. I am responsible for project management and oversight of all integrations with existing systems.
Prior to joining Temple University, I worked at Johns Hopkins University for more than 9 years. My last position at Johns Hopkins was Business Solution Manager where I was responsible for a wide range of projects. In this role, I acted as the liasion between the central IT department and the end users. I was also responsible for managing the Production Support team which was responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support for the student information system and related systems.
