Biography

Nikita Harris, Ph.D. is the Graduate Coordinator of the online M.A. program in Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership at the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa. Prior, to joining the faculty in the College of Communication & Information Sciences at UA, she served as the Associate Chair and Director of Curriculum for Online Programs at Columbus State University in Georgia. Dr. Harris has worked in a variety of teaching and leadership roles within higher education for over 25 years.
