Biography

Noora Siddiqui is a life scientist turned cloud engineer at the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center. She pioneered the design, development, and implementation of a clinical genomics pipeline in the cloud and is experienced working on large-scale, multi-center studies driving innovation in diagnostics and precision medicine. Prior to joining Baylor College of Medicine, Noora was a graduate student specializing in the use of high-performance computing to explore complex problems in drug discovery and clinical bioinformatics. She is passionate about science education and mentorship, and excited to continue building solutions at the nexus of healthcare and technology.
