Dr. Noreen Barajas advances equitable access to higher education through strategic technology partnerships. As Principal Strategist, Higher Education at CDW, she transformed the company's approach to align with institutional priorities rather than technology solutions—earning the VP Choice Award in 2023. Previously, she directed the EDUCAUSE Horizon Project, led national evaluation frameworks for digital courseware through the Gates Foundation, and managed $8+ million in Title V grants. With 17 years of experience spanning campus leadership, national initiatives, and ed-tech innovation, Noreen focuses on leveraging technology to support students facing socioeconomic and academic preparation barriers.
