Biography

Norman Elton is the Director of IT Infrastructure at William & Mary, where his leads a team of nine engineers, technicians, and project managers. Together, they oversee wired/wireless networking in academic, administrative, and residential spaces. In addition, the team is responsible for campus telephony, cable TV, underground and in-building cabling, and ensuring that technology is properly delivered in capital/construction projects. Norman has been at the university since 2003, taking on a leadership role in 2019.
