Biography

Dr. Pam Rowland is the Associate Dean at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, where she provides academic leadership and strategic direction in the College of Engineering and Technology. With a Doctor of Science and Master’s in Information Systems from Dakota State University and a Bachelor's in Commercial Economics from South Dakota State University, Dr. Rowland brings over 15 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for cybersecurity and student success. Prior to her role at GCU, she served as an Assistant Professor and Instructor at Dakota State University. Her work emphasizes applied learning, inclusive education, and the integration of technology with ethical leadership.
