Biography
Patricia is currently a higher education IT consultant specializing in report writing and strategic planning. She retired as the Senior Director for Technology Policy, Planning & Advice at the California State University Office of the Chancellor. She has over 25 years experience as an information technology professional and has been involved in the planning and implementation of CSU's technology strategy. Patricia managed the accountability process for information technology in the CSU. She has a BA in English from CSU Los Angeles and an MPA from CSU Long Beach. When not involved in IT consulting she enjoys her retirement with long walks in the hills with her gorgeous Golden Retriever, gourmet cooking and serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Los Angeles County Dependency Court system.EDUCAUSE Publications
