Biography

I am an Instructor of Management at Quinnipiac University. I have been teaching at Quinnipiac University since the Fall of 2011, during which time I have taught courses in the management department with my main area of focus on management and organizational behavior, human resource management courses including compensation and benefits, introduction to human resource management, emotional intelligence, staffing and project management. My areas of expertise and research include project management, groups and team dynamics, generational awareness, women in leadership roles, resource allocation and self-awareness. Specialized skills include portfolio management relative to process improvement, assessment of team dynamics, diagnosis and treatment including group facilitation, ability to coach and counsel to success.  I am an active member of PMI, ATD and SHRM. Project Management certified through George Washington University. I am currently a graduate student in the MS in Instructional Design program in the Quinnipiac University School of Education. Former State of Connecticut Life & Health Insurance broker.
