Biography

Patrick Gall is the Chief Technology Officer at the University of South Florida.   He also functions as the Enteprise Architect and is responsible for the technology roadmap for USF.  He has been in this role for several years and has overseen many technology transformations from ERPs, Medical Records to low code development platforms.  Patrick is also a leader in agile transformations with an emphasis on Scrum, SAFe and agile infrastructure.
