Biography
Patti Mitch is the Help Desk Manager for the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. An alum of UWP, Patti is very involved with many of the activities and organizations across the campus and community. Patti is also very involved in SIGUCCS/ACM and will be overseeing the Help Desk and the 2007 fall conference in Orlando. She will also be heading up the membership committee for SIGUCCS. Patti was recently involved in the committee which researched and proposed the implementation of Footprints to the IS department and the university and is very involved with incoming student/freshman orientation.
Though receiving her degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Patti welcomed the transition from law enforcement to computer/customer support.
