Biography
Paul Fannin came to The Ohio State University from Micro Electronics, Inc. where he worked for more than four years in various technical positions. He was responsible for server maintenance and other duties with major companies throughout Ohio. Paul was later moved into a supervisory position overseeing both in-house and contracted technicians. During this time Paul developed a training program for his technicians, taking on the responsibility of preparing them for various technical certifications. For his efforts in the area of training, Paul was moved on to the home office staff as a technical writer and trainer. Paul developed all technical manuals and documentation for the company and was sent around the country certifying other trainers throughout the companies' seven divisions.
Paul worked for the Fisher College of Business as the Helpdesk Manager from 2000 to 2009 when he was promoted to System Manager. In addition to his many duties at the college, Paul serves as a freelance technical writer and does consulting with various central Ohio businesses.
