Biography
Mr. Paul H Schwartz is a retired Communications Officer from the U.S. Air Force, obtaining a Computer Science Degree from Iowa State University, MS in HRM and MBA, and a CISSP certification. In his current position as Director of Information Security for LCC, he oversees all aspects of Network and Information Security, to protect the college from internal and external threats, including the development and enforcement of Security Policy and the design, deployment, administration and coordination of electronic security systems.
