Paul Friga

Biography

Dr. Friga is a Clinical Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Special Advisor to the Provost for Online Education at UNC Chapel Hill.  Dr. Friga is passionate about helping large organizations drive improved decision making through the effective analysis of data.  He currently leads the overall business strategy for the Academic Benchmarking Consortium.  Paul also teaches courses in management consulting and strategy.

 

He researches strategic decision-making, knowledge transfer, intuition, management consulting processes and entrepreneurship and has presented at numerous conferences throughout the world.  Paul earned a B.S. degree in Management and Accounting from St. Francis University (served for a term on the Board of Trustees) and an MBA and Ph.D. from the UNC-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.  His professional career including PricewaterhouseCoopers (CPA, CMA and Consultant) and McKinsey & Company (Consultant).
