Biography

I am a member of Arizona State University Technology Office's Training Group. We help faculty and staff use software in their work. We host online and in-person workshops about Canvas, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Peoplesoft, Microsoft and Adobe Products, to name a few. We help communicate new changes to systems and software to our customers, the staff and faculty at ASU, who in turn serve our larger customer base, out students. Before joining ASU, I spent 13 years as an instructional designer at Intel Corporation, focusing on technical, factory and planning training. My family of college students centers around Chandler Arizona.
