Paula manages the Information Technology Services Project Management Office at Ithaca College in New York. The PMO is responsible for overall project management methodology and oversight of the departmentâ€™s portfolio of projects. This includes implementing project management standards and processes, overseeing project execution, providing training and support to project implementation teams, and managing client relationships with project stakeholders and senior management.
Paula earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Accounting and Management of Information Systems (Suma Cum Laude). Her MS in Information Management was received from Arizona State University in Phoenix. Prior to joining Ithaca College, Paula worked in higher education, government and the private sector.
