Paula Jamison is the Assistant Director of Classroom Central and Customer Support for the Office of Computing and Communications Services at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She manages classrooms, academic computer labs, and the Technical Support Center. Ongoing projects include new technologies in classrooms, life cycle upgrades for labs and classrooms, and planning for classrooms/labs as part of university capital projects.
